Question 1

What does the first conversation actually look like?

Accepted Answer

A 30-minute call, no deck and no pitch. We ask what you're trying to achieve, what you've already tried, and what's getting in the way.

You'll leave that call with a straight answer about whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll usually tell you who is.

Question 2

Do you work with businesses outside Nepal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're based in Kathmandu and work with clients across Australia, the UK and the Gulf. Most of our collaboration happens asynchronously, with a standing weekly call in a timezone that suits you.

Question 3

Can we hire you for just one service?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with a single piece — a website, a brand refresh, a content retainer — and expand from there once they see how we work.

We'd rather do one thing well for you than sell you a bundle you don't need.

Question 4

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

Most brand and website projects run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Social and campaign work moves faster — usually a week or two to get the first set of assets live.

The honest answer is that it depends on how quickly we can get feedback and content from your side. Projects that stall almost always stall waiting on approvals, not on production.

Question 5

How do you price your work?

Accepted Answer

Project work is quoted as a fixed fee based on scope, so you know the number before we start. Ongoing work (social, content, maintenance) runs as a monthly retainer.

We don't bill hourly. It rewards slowness and makes clients afraid to ask questions, which is the opposite of how good work happens.
